About the UEA Honor Roll Award

The UEA annually recognizes individuals, businesses or organizations that have made a significant contribution to public education with the UEA Honor Roll Award. The awards are presented each spring at the Superstars in Education Banquet. The selections are made by the UEA Board of Directors upon the recommendation of a committee appointed by the Board.

Nominations for the 2018 UEA Honor Roll Award are now open and must be submitted by Friday, March 16, 2018.

Selection Criteria:

The nominee must have provided outstanding service to education, including but not limited to legislators, members of the media, business, organizations, parents and other individuals who are not currently in a teaching position.

Nomination Information:

Nominations may be submitted in two ways:

Provide a black and white or color photo if nominee is an individual.

The individual(s) or group(s) wishing to nominate an honoree may develop a file of documents, newspaper clippings and other supportive materials substantiating the nomination to accompany the nomination form. Send all materials to:
